Anemo Vision of Fontaine (Ousia)

It was created while recalling Fontaine's representative Anemo(wind) character, Lynette.

It is a vision of Ousia energy, which is the opposite property of Pneuma energy.

I wanted to express a new effect, so I made it feel like turning a switch on and off.
